Welcome to Heart Networks Cardiology Service.

We are a community-based cardiology service working in partnership with the NHS in your locality. We provide a Primary care led heart service, with all medical and nursing staff qualified to a high level within the speciality.

 

Your General Practitioner has referred you to our service and we endeavour to offer you a thorough and professional assessment

at a convenient time for you. We run clinics on the weekend, daytime and evenings to accommodate your lifestyle and schedule.
